Introduction

A gas alarm is an explosion-proof safety device capable of rapid, reliable, and stable continuous monitoring of gas concentration in industrial production. When the detected gas concentration reaches the preset alarm value, the alarm triggers and drives external equipment to alert on-site personnel to take necessary protective measures, thereby preventing combustion accidents caused by gas leaks.

Working Principle: The alarm, installed on-site and powered on, operates by converting detected gas leakage levels into corresponding voltage signals via sensors. These voltage signals are processed by the alarm, uploaded as data, and displayed on the screen. When the concentration reaches the set action value, the alarm activates and drives external devices.

A gas alarm is a fixed instrument designed for continuous monitoring of oxygen concentration or toxic, harmful, flammable, and explosive gases in the working environment.

The gas alarm employs a diffusion method to convert gas concentration signals at monitoring points into electrical signals in real-time. These signals are amplified and processed by the CPU through AD sampling, temperature compensation, and intelligent calculation. If the measured value exceeds the set alarm concentration, an alarm signal is issued.
